• My first interaction with Carol was by telephone when my husband and I were still living in Fargo, ND. We knew we would be moving to CT in December of 2014 and we needed to find a rental home for the transition. I explained our situation to Carol, who immediately started looking for properties to show us. We travelled to CT on a house-hunting trip in mid-November and Carol had lined up several properties for us to see in three quick days. Carol negotiated a rental contract for us in a lovely rental in Deep River. Once we were living in CT, we worked with Carol on finding our forever home. We looked at lots of properties in Chester, Deep River, Essex, Westbrook and Old Saybrook. Carol remained patient with us knowing that eventually we would find the right one. We were always impressed by Carol's knowledge of the area. She would share so much information on our drives from house to house. She knew exactly what we wanted and was always available to either show us the property herself or make arrangements with the listing agent for us. She was always patient with us and no question was considered insignificant. Carol was always supportive when things did not go as we might have liked and knew there was the right house out there for us. She knew the area very well and the many agents we needed to work with. Carol was also extremely helpful with assisting us with the financing part of the house.
